Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Lokalizer Translation Center provides written translation, interpretation, localization, proofreading and desktop publishing services. All services are provided with professional standards and quality guarantee.

2. Order and Approval Process

Translation orders start with document submission by the customer and price approval. Advance payment is taken for approved orders and work begins. Delivery time is determined according to document type and word count.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash. Invoices are issued for corporate customers. Orders without payment are not delivered and are cancelled.

4. Quality Guarantee

All translations are done by expert translators and go through quality control process. Errors reported within 7 days after delivery are corrected free of charge.

5. Privacy and Security

Customer documents are kept confidential and not shared with third parties. All employees sign confidentiality agreements. Documents are stored on secure servers and deleted after project completion.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Orders can be cancelled before work begins and payment is refunded. In case of cancellation after work has started, a fee is charged for the completed portion.

7. Liability Limitations

Lokalizer Translation Center is not responsible for indirect damages that may occur other than translation quality. Liability is limited to the service fee paid.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in Ankara courts.
